Business Development & Marketing Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted July 24, 2021.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken business development and marketing specialist to join the SRS family and lead Fresno, CA’s local app launch.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating new client business in your target market, as well as servicing inbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.

You will also be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring marketing programs that correlate with the standards of the Marketing Director.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, develop sales pitches to sell products and services, and make outbound calls to sales leads, while documenting customer interactions in our CRM software, HubSpot.

Responsibilities:
Use prospecting techniques and strategies to lead initial outreach.

Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives.

Identify and understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers.

Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

Demonstrate understanding of products and services.

Develop and create marketing materials to ensure that brand guidelines are met.

Maintain positive growth in your market area through sales and marketing programs.

Diligently update HubSpot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, business marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Skilled in creating and editing content with an attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members.

Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
