As a Ten-X’s next Business Analyst, you will have a direct impact on highly visible Ten-X and CoStar Suite web applications that touch millions of users.

 You will have direct impact on our sales & marketing technology stack design & evolution.

You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve our software products and our execution of sales & marketing functions. You will work alongside the business teams to maximize their efficiency & effectiveness and capitalize on the full benefits of our enterprise systems with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.com, Pardot, and the marketing technology stack.

The position will act as a liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate, and validate business and system requirements.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you will promote adoption, track new releases, provide training, and more. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to document detailed functional, technical, data, and reporting requirements
  • Participate in technical design meetings with product and technical managers; participate in backlog grooming sessions with a scrum team to help groom user stories
  • Write detailed Acceptance Criteria in the form of Behavior Driven Development scenarios for User Stories
  • Perform detailed end-to-end User Acceptance Testing including front-end manual testing
  • Gather, create and document current and future business process flows; conduct analysis of aligned systems and tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes leveraging the Salesforce.com, Pardot, and the marketing technology stack; facilitate implementation of processes that are complete, streamlined, and well-documented
  • Develop training plans, communications, materials and documentation for users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and sustainment training sessions
  • Conceptualize and design reports and dashboards that reflect productivity metrics, key performance indicators, and information to facilitate better decision-making or process improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 52-57 years of professional experience as a Business System Analyst supporting Marketing & CRM tools, e.g.

    Pardot & Salesforcee, Pardot

  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and documentation
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud products
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping, data analysis , and KPI measurement
  • Deep knowledge of sales and marketing technology, platforms, and ecosystems
  • A bias for action and an outstanding customer service mentality supported by excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high-energy environment
  • Experience with agile systems & scrum methodology
  • Proficient in standard business software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Exceptional problem
    – solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to solve understa nd complex technical issues and develop recommend thoughtful solutions
  • • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and , pivot quickly to new demands and priorities while driving a high sense of urgency
  • • Must possess a strong technical background , , analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • C lear, concise technical writing skills , and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for a in startup culture and learning fast!
  • Proficient in standard business software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or Lucidchart

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

Certified Salesforce Administrator

Certified Pardot Specialist

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Pardot Specialist certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Certified Project Management Professional
  • Experience with software coding
