Louis, MO.This position reports directly to Perficient’s Associate Regional Marketing Manager and will support the ongoing efforts of Perficient’s GEO Marketing team, assisting in event planning, presentation support, budget management, and communications for a number of Perficient’s offices around the country.

Collaborate with different regional offices on marketing related activities.Research and analyze new event types, venues, and vendors.

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional client facing events and conferences.Assist in creation and publishing of blog posts when needed and work with regional teams to develop content.

Work with the regional teams to develop thought leadership content including writing client success stories and case studies, guides, and video contentInterface with extended Marketing team to ensure tools, technology, and best practices are adopted in regional initiatives.Support and assist the sales and key account teams where appropriate.Responsible for keeping track of costs aligning with the regional marketing budget and ensuring teams are effectively utilizing their annual budget.Maintain regional marketing assets and update as needed.

1 – 2 years of marketing experience (basic event planning knowledge is a plus)Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to create, assemble and coordinate contentSolid project and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-taskStrong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, proactive, and accountableTeam player, self-starter with a passion for storytelling who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group’s marketing missionAbility to work under pressure to manage multiple priorities, often with competing and tight deadlinesComfortable working across matrix organizations to drive resultsPerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
