Associate Creative Director, Art World renown Boston-area biopharma firm has a need for an experienced Associate Creative Art Director for their corporate headquarters.

This role is the leader in development of exceptional ideas and producing quality work across all channels.

Best candidates will be conceptual, strategic and collaborative and have proven success in managing, mentoring and growing a team.

You will be equal parts partner to other managers, director of your team and contributor of creative work.

Qualifications
· 12 years as an art director or designer at an advertising agency or the same level for brand side
· Pharma industry experience preferred
· Ability to communicate clear creative vision and lead your team to achieve it and successfully bring it to business partners Benefits
