Position
Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for further expanding market share throughout your assigned market and territory while working closely with supporting roles within the company. It’s equally important that you’re able to work both independently and as a collaborative part of a team. We all win when you win and any individual win is a team win.
This role requires a strategic approach, smart prospecting, and the ability to uncover prospects’ needs and/or objectives and then presenting the right solutions to help them exceed their expectations. Daily Responsibilities
Seek out, start and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to expand market share
Asking the right questions to uncover prospective clients’ needs/objectives and then presenting tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals/solve problems
Create and deliver proposals on product benefits that align with client needs
Develop a business plan for enterprise sales that is consistent with company objectives
Maintain prospect database and move through the sales cycle so that data integrity is flawless from open to close
Find, prospect and qualify prospects in assigned territory/vertical and then devise a strategy
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the company including account management, sales engineering, marketing and senior management
Multi-faceted outreach including calls, emails, social media, networking, etc.
Maintain knowledge of industry changes; when possible, participate in trade organizations that align with our business model.
Be a team player and willing to step in when needed in any way
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of consultative sales experience in digital marketing/martech or SaaS solutions
Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding goals
An understanding of the industry and the value propositions for a comprehensive digital marketing solutions
Strong prospecting skills, detail-oriented and organized especially as it comes to CRM
Great presentation skills: written, verbal and presentation
Ability and experience in closing complex deals involving many stakeholders in the mid-market and/or Fortune 1000
