O4U Business is the premier conference for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) undergraduate students.
It was the first and is the largest conference within the Out for Undergrad non-profit organization.
Each year, O4U brings together some of the nation’s brightest and most accomplished LGBTQ+ undergraduate leaders for a weekend of professional development, networking and recruiting with top financial services, consulting, and professional services firms, in addition to companies looking to hire for client services, business functions, and business strategy roles.
