Worker’s Compensation Attorney

• Attorney’s are expected to manage a docket of workers compensation cases to resolution
• Associates report directly to an assigned senior associate and are supported substantively and administratively buying a team of paralegals
• Associates collaborate with work comp staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients
• Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
• Must be highly motivated

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Must be comfortable working in a detailed oriented and dynamic workplace
• Team player
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1-4 years practicing preferred
