These are the roles we’re looking to fill: Warehouse Associate – We need a team player who can: Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g.

customers, suppliers, associates).

Maintain housekeeping and safety of facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line; removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels.

Process merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using power equipment.

Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.

Warehouse Supervisor – We need someone who can: Support associate engagement by providing learning opportunities; building relationships; providing cross-training opportunities; and consistently encouraging teamwork with other areas.

Monitor work plans, workloads, and associates in order to meet deadlines by talking with associates to solve problems; resolving delay issues to stay on schedule; and using systems to audit progress and identify concerns early within a shift.

Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.

Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply these in executing business processes and practices; implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and assisting management with correcting ethical and compliance issues and problems.
