Software systems configuration manager and administrator of software development lifecycle tools such as, but not limited to, IBM Rational, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management and HP Services Manager. Good communication and documentation skills a must. Strong skills in problem solving needed. Management of complex personalities as team lead.
