Job Description
BASIC DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for assembling machines and must be a highly motivated team player with an excellent attitude.
Essential Functions:
Cross-training to multiple workstations and assembly lines. This individual will become an active member of the team and assist in making improvements as well as consistently working to eliminate bottlenecks. Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Cross-training is required
- Must possess good manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
- Be able to stand for up to 8 to 12 hours per day
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Overtime is required
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
