We are assisting a well-established company located in Washington Court House, Ohio fill press operator positions to manufacture rubber gaskets.
These are temp to hire positions, once hired full-time the company offers an excellent benefit package including 401k, medical, dental, life and vision insurance and pay increases.
The starting pay rate would be $12 an hour, but offer a weekly attendance bonus of $14 an hour.
Responsibilities of this position includes but not limited:* Perform press operations* Meet daily production standards* Inspect product Shifts available are 12 hour rotating shifts 2-2-3 schedule.
You will receive your schedule for the entire year and know what days are needed to work.
Every other weekend is a must.
Overtime is NOT mandatory.
