Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

This role is responsible for manufacturing new systems, strategies, and processes to improve success in production.

Duties

• Resolve technical problems by analyzing data and making the correct calculations and design concepts
• Constantly improve production by developing new plans to result in cost reductions
• Produce detailed designs from concept and written guidelines
• Perform written processes for systems and components
• Deliver new ways to improve data delivery, data quality, and yard production practices

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in production industry
• knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, welding, and metallurgy
• Full knowledge of working carbon, aluminum, titanium, and hard materials
