Charles, IL Split Shift Production Worker Hours: Monday
– Friday, 12:30 p.m.
– 9:00p.m.
Overtime if needed $13.00/hr Temp to Hire Based on Performance and attendance Becomes a union job once hired on after 59 days pay increase Split Shift Production Worker Brief Description:
• Working in cold environment (45 degrees F).
• Physical requirements include continuous standing in one location for long period, walking long distances sometimes on wet, uneven and slippery surfaces, carrying, lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling of heavy and or awkward objects or loads (up to 60 lbs), pushing or pulling of heavy roller carts, bins, or transport containers.
• Good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills are essential for most job tasks
• Pick/Pack, seasoning, slicing, prepping for shipping.
