Senior Social Worker

Sign-on bonus available Looking for compassionate, self-motivated individual to support Dialysis patients at Sanford Thief River Falls and Red Lake Dialysis centers.
Will be required to travel between the two different locations.
Job Requirements: Identifying individual social and emotional needs Providing social services to dialysis patients Perform crisis intervention with patients and patient families Provide patient and families with counseling services Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited curriculum required.
In Minnesota, must follow Minnesota State statute regarding social worker education.
Healthcare and/or mental health hospital experience preferred.
Must possess a license in good standing in state(s) of practice.
In Minnesota, must have one of the following: Licensed Graduated Social Worker (LGSW) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) OR other allowed credential based on Minnesota statute
