Resident Coordinator Direct Care Worker

Overview:

Enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation; additional experience with service for elders is preferred; Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successful completion of state medication and direct care programs.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
