Production Worker

HireQuest Direct in Minot is hiring Production Line Workers!

The production line position is an hourly position in a fast-paced factory environment.

These are temp-to-hire positions with both full and part-time hours available.

Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.50 depending on shift

Shifts: 1st & 2nd

Responsibilities:

The production line position is an hourly position in a fast-paced factory environment.

The position is responsible for accurate packaging and storage of food products, cleaning work areas, following all health and safety regulations, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with production line
Load and unload pretzels from storage
Feed items onto equipment for processing and run equipment
Measure pretzels to go in the correct bag sizes
Record inventory counts of bags processed
Ensure proper labeling of boxes
Maintain a neat work environment malfunction is immediately reported
Ensure that the finished product is stored correctly
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
A food safety card from First District Health Unit is required prior to starting on production line.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Ability to lift 40 pounds repetitively
Ability to bend, twist, and stand on your feet for the entire shift
Expose to food production environment and warehouse environment which may involve noise and fluctuating temps.
