Pay Rate: $14.00 to $16.00

Job Title: Production Associate

Responsible for the accurate set up, picking and packing of materials according to client specifications. Responds quickly to pick requests and to have a sharp eye for detail. Requires ability to follow directions and company procedures and ensure packages are sent out accurately. Must be able to work in a team setting to meet company and individual goals. Requires mathematical skills to ensure the right amount of products are in the package.

Experience & Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1+ yrs. Experience stockroom/picking/packing required
• Basic math and reading skills required
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Forklift experience/training a plus
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks a plus

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
• Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.
• Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted
• Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
