Overview: Responsible for producing ready to sell cakes, cookies, and brownies.
The following positions are included in this job description: icing runners, mixers, cake breakout, machine operators, decorators, rose production, domers, labelers, packers, palletizers, and cookie line operators.

– Friday with occasional weekend hours.7:00AM-5:30PM Responsibilities: Responsible for icing, smoothing, and decorating cakes.Assist in preparation of cookies and brownies.Assembling, prepping, sorting, adding or slicing of finished product in preparation for packaging.Operation of packaging, slicing, mixing icing, and palletizing product.Inspection and labeling of finished productResponsible for quality of workAble to recognize safety or quality problems.Responsible for reporting issues that impact product quality or food safety to appropriate personnel as indicated on the Management Organizational Chart posted in the break room.Follow all company safety, GMP, behavioral rules, and other policies in the employee handbook.Perform duties in an efficient manner.Use knives when appropriate.Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.Other duties as assigned.
