Production Worker

Requirements:
Achieve a work pace consistent with established goals and product flow.
Work in a safe manner following established safety procedures.
Ensure a clean and orderly work area
Effectively communicate opportunities, problems, or concerns, assisting in solving issues and uncovering improvement opportunities.
Must meet medical clearance to wear a respirator, fresh air hood or PAPR.
Tack & Load, applies base coat, buffing/sanding and light repairs.
Clean parts of the product.
Moves units to and from booths.
Properly maintains paper work in a neat and orderly fashion.
Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer and math skills.
High attention to detail.
Some experience with hand tools and basic measuring devices helpful.
A work experience record demonstrating reliable and safe service to previous employers.
