Employees across all organizations operate under one company purpose and a shared set of company values, uniting our efforts to imagine and create better ways of living.Job Purpose:A Production Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment supervisors.Essential Functions:* Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools, and automated equipment.* Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product.* Perform light fabrication (drill holes, measure, cut, saw) for product sub-assembly.* Ability to communicate in oral or written English to carry out essential production functions and work with warehouse team to get parts to assembly.* Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to the production lines.* Ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments.* Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.Schedule:Day: 5:00am- 3:30pm(Monday-Thursday) $2500 Sign On BonusEvening: 3:30pm- 2am(Monday-Thursday) $5000 Sign On BonusWeekend: 5:30am- 6:00pm(Friday-Sunday) $5000 Sign On BonusPay: $17.00 – $21.25* Opportunity for additional pay based on experience*All shifts require mandatory Friday overtime when applicableQualifications:* High school diploma or GED preferred* General user experience with computers is preferredAccommodations may be made (whenever reasonably possible) to enable an individual with a disability to perform the essential functions of his/her position.EOEThis job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
