Behrens Manufacturing in Winona, MN, a premiere manufacturer of steel containers, is looking for some hard-working individuals to join our production team on 2nd shift. Individuals would be assisting in the production of steel buckets, trash cans, and tubs.

Standard hours are 3:15 pm – 12:15 am (2nd shift) Monday-Thursday, and Friday overtime is to be expected occasionally.

These are active, hands-on positions that require standing for up to 8 hour shifts, as well as frequent use of arms, hands, and legs, and ability to bend down and crouch occasionally. Positions require frequent lifting of up to 25lbs and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail, good basic math skills, and stable work history. Some positions require working in front of moving conveyors. All positions require the operation of production machinery.

Some of the duties of a Production Worker include:

• Feeding material into machines
• Operating machines and presses
• Moving products and materials to and from different machines
• Examining components and finished products to ensure that quality standards are met
• Packaging, labeling, and boxing
• Palletizing and shrink wrapping
• General labor and clean up
