This position will serve a crucial role in manufacturing a quality product to our customers, by bringing a holistic approach to daily production. A Senior Manufacturing Operator will drive production fulfillment and work closely with other team members in maximizing overall production efforts in a team environment. The candidate will fulfill production job duties in a cleanroom ISO 9001 environment. The candidate will also carry out mechanical setups, feed machines, carry out basic maintenance tasks and execute various transactions in data software. The Senior Manufacturing Operator will also contribute to various department improvement efforts. This position may be eligible for a Sign-on Bonus!*Minimum pay rate is $18.50/hr + depending on qualifications and shift schedule*Physical Attributes:Lifting up to 45 lbs and Standing for 8-hour shift.Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associates degree or vocational tech trainingAble to follow safe work practicesFamiliarity with EH& S, ISO, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environmentCertified Lean/Six Sigma experience (e.G. belt certifications, root cause analysis training, and kaizen experience)Proficient in Microsoft applicationsKnowledge of lock-out-tag-out and electrical safetyInterpersonal and teamwork involvementWhat we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
