3 Must haves on the resume: pipetting, dilution, calculation The person must have a demonstrated ability following standard operating procedures and work instructions.
The person directly reports to the immediate supervisor, assists him/her with the day to day laboratory operations.
The Technician is expected to be capable to perform goods movement through required databases, and archive quality documents.
The person is responsible for making and testing ELISA plates and formulating recombinant protein to be lyophilized.
This includes following batch records, SOP, or working instructions to make ELISA plates, Lyoplates, lyophilized recombinant standards and perform data entries in Filemaker and SAP system.
Additional duties include maintaining lab inventory, accurate data entry, and reviewing / scanning of batch records.
The position is expected to be familiar with quality system & safety procedures and have basic knowledge of computer software.
The position is expected to finish assignments on time to help keep up the team productivity.
Job Requirements: Education: Minimum requirements for this position include a high school diploma Work Experience: Typically requires 0-2 years experience in a Biotech/Science manufacturing lab environment.
Have some working knowledge in the science disciplines and operation of lab equipment.
Responsibilities: 1.
Prepare buffers for internal or production orders 2.
Make ELISA plates or recombinant proteins by following SOPs/Working instructions and batch records thoroughly.

Scan all batch records independently.
4.
Operate lyophilizer for all lyophilization processes.
5.
Promote a safe working environment.
Follow Client environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for safety in immediate work area.
Participate in EH&S programs.
Notify supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
6.
Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and trainer, following their instructions.
