Poly-Wood, LLC. is seeking skilled and motivated individuals for 2nd shift production positions.

Responsibilities and Duties
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Set up fixtures, manual drilling, and routing operations as needed for scheduled production in accordance with each machines S.O.P.
• Bolt, clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together for sub-assemblies or completed product
• Daily inspection and maintenance of regularly used tools and equipment in accordance with usage S.O.P. to ensure proper care
• Work on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line
• Quality – Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality
• Safety and Security – Observe safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
• Teamwork – Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views

. Requirements: PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to work in shifts 8-10 hours long (longer is needed), where you are regularly required to stand, walk, and use basic sensory functions
