Responsibilities: * Support, model, and promote Hollister Cultural Beliefs and Immutable Principles * Proactive in 5S * Capability to read, understand, and follow standard work * Volunteer services / knowledge on team projects * Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment * Safely operate a hand truck to move product * Ability to speak clearly and effectively with team members * Completes tasks with a high attention to detail * Perform other duties as directed by a Team Lead Essential Functions of the Role: * Finished Good / Work in Progress packing – pack material into cartons / boxes / corrugate per the bill of material * Loading and offloading of raw materials and processed parts in a fast paced environment with the ability to understand the machine and make minor adjustments * Label boxes with stickers per standard work instructions * Remove shrink wrap from pallets, stock, and move material Physical Requirements of the Role: * Ability to constantly reach while standing / sitting * Effective communication and listening skills (both oral and written) * Ability to constantly stand, frequently walk, and occasionally sit * Ability to lift and carry up at least 45 pounds * Ability to push / pull up to 500 pounds with a hand truck * Fine motor skills of the hands, wrists, and fingers * Ability to constantly reach while standing / sitting Work Experience Requirements: * Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0 * Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required * Must be computer literate Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Hollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops,manufactures, and markets healthcare products worldwide.
