– 3:30 pmnn nnThe technician shall work as part of the sensor team on a daily basis.
The goal of the sensor team is to achieve the weekly production targets as well as maintaining quality/yield targets.
The sensor team is responsible for sensor deposition on cartridges.
The technician should be able to learn new technologies and considerable mechanical aptitude is required.nn nnResponsibilities:
•Inspect, label, and plasma treat all cartridge types.
•Set up equipment necessary for manufacturing (spotting machines, plasma machine, and quality control equipment)
•Single-sensor and multi-sensor deposition.
•Ensure product quality during initial equipment setup to minimize yield loss.
•Perform visual inspections of finished product.
•Operate visual inspection equipment for select products.
•Scanning of barcodes after being applied to plastic parts to ensure readability.
•Keep detailed records of manufacturing processes for all products.
•Measure sensor spot height to ensure it meets specification.

•Measure contact angle of water on plastic surface after treatment.
Enter data in the computer.
•Packaging of all cartridge types including printing identification labels for boxes and seals.
•Participate in projects that focus on continual improvement of our processes.
•Assist Level 1 technicians with equipment setup and troubleshooting when necessary.
•Replace plasma gas tanks (if physically able).nn nnQualifications : Qualifications:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Ability to follow documented procedures and processes
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Desire to be part of a motivated and energetic team
•Good communication skills, both verbal and written
•Computer literate
