WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
- Support Solon Ohio Infor M3 ERP preparation and eventual launch
- Perform data analysis and review on Routings and Bills of Material within Manufacturing
- Investigate parts and processes on the Manufacturing floor to ensure a full understanding
- Provide guidance on M3 design within Manufacturing to craft final implementation
- Become a guide within the Solon site for M3 and gain familiarity with all processes and functions throughout Operations
- Work on a hybrid schedule between the plant and your home while leading your own time and assignments.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Previous internship or co-op experience within Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Bills of Material, and Engineering Drawings within a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers
- Desire to work in a hands-on, manufacturing plant environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Project management experienced preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferable.
