– Nationwide Locations AvailableGain first-hand experience across a broad range of functions and departments in a leading beverage manufacturer as a member of our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP).
Through this 15-month rotational program, you will be a crucial member of the manufacturing team with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the business by sharing your innovative ideas with team members and leadership.
Following the MDP, a participant will be ready to take on a leadership role at one of our Niagara plant locations.You will work with the different departments listed below and work on a Six Sigma Project.
Some of the departments you would work with include:* Production* Operations* Engineering* Human Resources* Maintenance* Warehouse* Quality AssuranceEach MDP Participant will spend approximately 6 months of their program as a team Supervisor in order to fully understand the scope of the role and its importance to the plant’s overall performance.
