Manufacturing Coordinator

· Responsibilities include supporting warehouse manager in overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the warehouse and operating systems.

· Prepares finished stock for shipment by picking, packing, labeling per customer requirements.

· Coordinate timely shipment of customer deliveries.

· Fully understand customer portals and timelines.

· Must Be Able To Think On Your Feet Under Pressure During High Volume Shipping And Receiving Days.

· Have an in depth knowledge of sap and WM module both shipping and receiving.

· Have in depth knowledge of all shipping procedures and software including fed-ex ship manager and ups world-ship.

· Knowledge of basic math.

· Oral And Written Communication Skills.

· Analytical ability where problems are somewhat complex.

· Responsible For Maintaining Inventory Accuracy And Shipping Errors.

· Must have the ability to create and follow work procedures and train and prioritize daily work load’s.

· Must be able to answer questions regarding all aspects of the job and provide solutions to improve processes.

· Ability to read and comprehend instruction, short correspondence, and memos.

· Ability To Write Correspondence.

· Ability To Effectively Present Information To Customers And Other Team Members Throughout The Organization.

· Develop staffing levels and assign workload

· Performs Other Duties As Assigned By Manager.

· Properly Maintain Equipment And Report Any Problems On A Timely Basis; Keep Work Area Clean And Neat.

· Monitor On-Time Shipping And Receiving Performance Using SAP

· Recommend Methods For Improving Associate Efficiencies And Reduction Of Waste Of Materials And Products complete all required training materials, attend all scheduled company meetings
