We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, a 9/80 schedule, and a great 401K matching program.**_Supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one functional area in the Manufacturing and Production job family._**Responsibilities include the following:+ Oversees the daily production and manufacturing operations+ Coordinate and lead operations start up meeting+ Daily resource planning to meet customer/schedule demand+ Collaborate with production scheduling to meet schedule requirements+ Ensure tools, plans, people and material are available to complete assigned workload+ Report production KPIs to site leadership+ Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions on safety & quality incidents+ Mentor, train, and develop staff including performance management and corrective action+ Drive continuous improvement in safety, delivery, quality and costThe ideal candidate enjoys being a change agent while driving continuous improvement. Additionally, you enjoy detailed analysis to solve problems real time.**Basic Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience. Note: An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.+ Experience in a manufacturing environment+ Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Leadership experience in a work environment (e.g. Group Lead, Supervisor, etc.)+ Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees+ Understanding of SQDEC (safety, quality, employee, delivery, and cost) KPIs+ Familiar with manufacturing processes and material flow+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)+ Experience with composite manufacturingSalary Range: $73,500.00 – $110,300.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
