New Florence Wood Products is currently seeking full-time production & general labor workers for their night shift. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest safety and quality standards. You will need to be reliable, punctual, and perform physical and repetitive tasks regularly.

Schedules:
Night Shift: (6 pm to 4:30 am)
We Offer:
- Incentive & production-based pay
- Starting pay on nights-$15.96 with the ability to increase to $18.24 once fully trained and qualified.
- Years of service raises
- $$$ up to $1,000 sign-on bonus! $$$

Essential job duties or functions
- Keep up with fast-paced workplace and production speeds.
- Follow all company safety and quality requirements.
- Work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work in various body positions; bending, stooping, standing, and the ability to have coordinated movements of pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and bilateral arm movements.
