Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off!!Earn an effective hourly wage with pay for experience of $23.64-25.74Base: $20.75/hrShift Diff: $2.00/hrWeekend Premium: $4.00/hrManufacturing AssociateIn this position, you will be responsible for using designated tools to inspect parts for conformity to quality standards. You will also:Accurately and completely finish manufacturing orders which includes visually inspecting all parts for conforming to quality standards; labeling, cleaning dust off all surfaces, packaging and data entry (as appropriate)Operate fabrication equipment to produce parts to required specifications, which includes adjusting saw lengthPerform quality checks using measuring devices such as calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tablesFollow the approved quality practices of the Quality Management System and suggesting improvementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaConduct tasks involving management of hazardous waste streamsTrain other associates as needed in inspection and related dutiesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED PreferredAt least 18 years of age requiredStand/work for a 12-hour shiftRead print and understand/interpret specificationsEOEThis job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
