When we say Infinite Possibilities, we mean it.Currently we have an night shift opening for an hourly Manufacturing Associate- General Production position in our Louisville facility located at 4400 Progress BLVD. Louisville, KY 40218This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products. The starting wage is $17.75. The hiring process for successful candidate will include a pre-employment test, interview, background check and a health/drug screen.We are looking for motivated individuals, who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:* Safely, operating machinery* The ability to practice housekeeping* Reading Factory orders* Setting up orders, which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machine centers* Utilizing basic shop math such as: accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment.* Consistent quality and count of inspection of product* Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed.* Candidates must have availability to work overtime as needed.POSITION REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required.Minimum qualifications for consideration:At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team.
