The selected candidate will be given assignments and projects that are meaningful, challenging and that provide an outstanding experience, while contributing to the success of Texas Instruments.**Responsibilities include:*** Coordinate and drive team activity focused on solving fab process quality problems* Support efforts to investigate and determine necessary corrective actions for customer returns* Identifying opportunities for continual improvement and driving to solutions* Leading small cross-functional teams that provides timely and accurate “root cause” and solutions to challenges facing the factory and TI* Effectively communicating current performance, opportunities, and next steps in both internal and external forums* Interacting and communicating daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside of the fab, and occasionally with external customers* Act as a contact for the fab with business unit quality teams**Qualifications****Minimum Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or other related engineering degree* 7 years’ experience working in a fab environment**Preferred Qualifications:*** Strong verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills* Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions* Ability to take the initiative and drive for results* Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery* Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment* Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships* Possess exceptional customer interface and problem solving skills* Fab Process or Product Engineering experience* Familiar with MBayse, Spotfire, 8D, Root cause analysis techniques* Experience with standard Quality Systems such as QTS, SFC, QC Story, AlertsTo be considered for this position, please apply.**Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
