*The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** Provides Operations with day to day support, monitoring processes, and troubleshooting* Follows inspection and rebuild procedures, replacement in kind or MOC process, understanding the importance of materials of construction, proper procedures for gasketing and fastening, value of precision maintenance technologies (laser alignment, tribology, vibration analysis, close tolerance fit-ups, etc.)* Tracks equipment repair history and ensures quality data analysis for adjustment of the maintenance/production and improvement strategies for physical assets* Supports capital projects, including scope and basic data development, project design reviews, and equipment start up* Works with multi-discipline systems, programs, and teams to improve processes based on business input (yield, uptime, capacity release, cost performance)* Provides technical input or guides root cause analysis for equipment and processes related to reliability, environmental, safety, health (ESH), and quality investigations* Reviews, revises, and creates procedures, Management of Change (MOC), and other technical documentation* Communicates effectively at all levels and across sites and functions*The following is /required/ for this role:** Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility* Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve equipment and process issues* Demonstrated knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change, Recommended and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), Mechanical Integrity, Quality Assurance, and API code* Thorough analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in both self-managed and team environment* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet required target dates and deadlines* Physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, climbing, crouching, and wearing safety gear (PPE)*The following is /preferred/ for this role:** Manufacturing experience in Chemicals industry* Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor develop others* Proficient with SAP/R3, Upbase, Documentum, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Knowledge of various NDT techniques for inspection – Eddy current, ultrasonic thickness, radiography, visual, etc.*Benefits:** Competitive Compensation* Comprehensive Benefits Packages* 401(k) Match* Employee Stock Purchase Program* Tuition Reimbursement* Commuter Benefits* Learning and Development Opportunities* Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives* Company-paid Volunteer Days*WE’RE CHEMOURS.
