Precision Machine & Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty bulk material handling equipment, is hiring a Corporate Controller in Eugene, OR.

OPPORTUNITY:

Join our private equity backed company and be part of the team taking us to exciting new levels of growth! As our Corporate Controller, you will oversee financial operations and orchestrate a manufacturing ERP implementation planned in 2023. Establish corporate controls and guidelines and ensure our company adheres to strong GAAP accounting and financial principles. Reporting to the CEO, your in-depth knowledge and experience in a similar role will translates into optimized financial operations and increased profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations and personnel.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports and budgetary information.
• Lead future (2023) ERP implementation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting on a timely basis in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end closing process including account reconciliation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other day to day accounting responsibilities.
• Maintain system of internal controls over accounting transactions.
• Monitor business resources, cash flow, working capital, capital loans and line of credit.
• Manage annual budget process and report significant variances to management.
• Coordinate external auditors for the annual audit.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience as a financial administrator, or similar role.
• Advanced competency in financial management and accounting software.
• Good understanding of manufacturing financial practices, including WIP accounting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software systems and implementation.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, audit, and performance management.
• Superb organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys being a servant-leader.
• Embraces entrepreneurial change that propels growth.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Precision Machine & Manufacturing will reward your talents with a salary of $80-95K. You will also receive a competitive benefit package that includes health, dental and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan.
