 ****This is a Nationwide/Remote (US) role****The position will lead and manage the Ricoh 3D for Healthcare sales organization. The leader will ensure that individual leads and channel relationships are managed effectively and work to build sales strategies and plans that will grow market share. This will involve identifying new customers, expanding revenue opportunities with current customers, and evolving new channels for expansion. The role is expected to be a critical source of customer insight to be used in strategic planning and budget development. It will also be responsible for partnership relationships and contract negotiations.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the commercialization of Ricoh 3D for Healthcare services and solutions.Design implement and lead Ricohs sales strategy and structure for Ricoh 3D for Healthcare for the US.Executive level representative for Ricoh to our largest healthcare accounts and prospects.Develop executive relationships, resolve issues and engage them in a strategic partnership.Lead the development of strategic account plans utilizing the Ricohs strategic account sales processResponsible for the overall Ricoh 3D for Healthcare P&L for supported accounts and production operations.Responsible for ensuring team achievement of assigned revenue and double-digit growth targets.Interacts individually with all appropriate Ricoh employees to plan, coach and review their progress in achieving individual plans and team revenue/growth targets.Participates in strategic account reviews and key account calls; develops key account relationships at C level within client organization.Responsible for developing and leading the sales organization and execution for the growth of Ricoh 3D for Healthcare Services and Solutions.Hire and develop Ricoh 3D for Healthcare sales representatives.Responsible for sales strategy and working with marketing for go to market and lead generation campaigns.Develops and implements business development plans and forecasts to achieve Ricoh 3D for Healthcare objectives.Develops relationships with Chief Clinical Officers, Chief Medical Officers and other C-Suite leaders at Healthcare providers.Leads the partnership development and sales activities with medical device manufacturers and other channel partners.Oversees the development of new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Ricoh 3D for Healthcare products and services.Develops and recommends positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and profitable growth.Assists in the creation and manages sales metrics for assigned sales team.Manages and holds accountable sales team to sales activities and revenue targets.Manages and provides as required weekly updates, accurate territory sales forecast, monthly status reports, and quarterly sales projection reports.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within medical device and healthcare field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Drive sales and revenue of 3D printed medical device solutions.Provides feedback to Ricoh 3D leadership for industry trends, customer requirements and new product and solution development.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Responsible for services revenue and profit growth for Ricoh 3D for Healthcare.Ensures that, at all times, business conducted within the Ricoh 3D for Healthcare organization is of the highest ethical and professional standards.Typically Required+ Bachelors degree required.+ 5 years of sales management and leadership of extensive sales teams to healthcare providers for clinical solutions.+ 5-10 years of technical sales experience working with and in medical device companies selling to healthcare providers.+ Possesses a proven track record of significant and measurable success.**_Pursuant to the_** **_San_** **_Francisco_** **_Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants, including those who may have arrest and conviction records._**At Ricoh, we embrace and respect the collective and unique talents, experiences, and perspectives of all people.
