Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Food Production position in an exciting warehouse facility! Looking to hire full-time and part-time Food Production workers at a food production facility located in Chariton, IA. You would be responsible for processing and/or packaging fresh fruits and vegetables, focusing on putting out quality product in an efficient manner. Job Requirements:

• Follows production list provided by Supervisor/Manager.
• Must be willing to work in all areas of production.
• Required to assist in set up and clean up responsibilities.
• Assist Management with procedures to ensure quality product while seeking cost-cutting ideas.
• Practices HAACP and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
• Needs to be able to work alongside other individuals online as a team.
• Note: This position involves repetition (stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, lifting, grasping, etc.) and is performed in an environment that runs 38-42 degrees.
• Qualified individuals must be able to be on their feet (standing and walking) 8 12 hours a day.
• No Experience Necessary – this position is entry-level and training will be provided
• Ability to work in 38-42 degrees

• Utilize lean manufacturing methods to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and reduce costs
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to continually improve efficiencies at manufacturing facilities
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes by reviewing exisitng product and manufacturing processes
