Journeyman Maintenance individuals being added due to increase in business with long term automotive manufacturing client.
Maintenance Journeyman will report to Maintenance Manager and work to maintain and restore machines to full productivity, offer insight as to preventative maintenance to be undertaken and work to troubleshoot problem machines and seek cost-effective solutions to keep production lines up and running.
Job Requirements:
You will bring:
1-3 years in industrial maintenance or plant experience or 8+ years of experience or a Journeyman card in General Maintenance or Associates degree in related field
Electrical experience required
Experience in foundry operation, set up and programming CAD/CAM, including GD&T, manufacturing tooling design
Familiarity with Lean concepts, experience in grinding, balancing and drilling operations appreciated
Ability to evaluate and improve machinery function and running ability
Good communication skills
Ability to accurately read micrometers and callipers and understand GDT
