LTS ENERGY is a Houston, TX based leading manufacturer of High-Pressure, High-Temperature Flowlines, Pigging & Packaged skid Systems and Flow Control Products (chokes, ball, check & control valves, heat exchangers etc.) is looking for an Inside Salesperson with a minimum 5 years of experience.

Qualified candidates must have relevant Oil & Gas experience.

www.LTSEnergy.ComThe purpose of this position is to maintain a high level of focus on Customer satisfaction and facilitate cross functional Teams in order to effectively solve Customer issues/concerns, and interact with Company Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams, as well as Suppliers.Responsibilities and Duties Create Quotes.

Perform Order Review and send Order Acknowledgments to Customers.

Review Purchase Orders for accuracy of approved Terms, price, revision, delivery, duplication, and special instructions and resolve any discrepancies.

Enter customer requirements into business system.

Schedule customer delivery requirements in accordance with ERP System availability.

Maintain the order entry system to assure accurate shipping, invoicing, Terms and schedule requirements, working within established production planning guidelines.

Coordinate and process Customer Returns in a timely manner.

Assist in coordinating Customer visits and/or Inspections.

Monitor in process yields to ensure timely response to negative situations.

Respond to Customer delivery concerns, involving any necessary member of the Manufacturing teams in order to effectively solve customer problems.

Maintain applicable reports as directed by Accounting or Management.

Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills 5 years of experience in E& P Industry OEM Manufacturing.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and ERP Systems.

Familiarity with Project Vendor Data submittal requirements.

Product knowledge and understanding of applications where and how products are used.

Ability to understand Customer needs and develop custom solutions.

Strong written and verbal communications.
