Description:This position is responsible for buy part planning including reorder point material and material change management.
Responsibilities include the management of material for multiple programs which include ordering, expediting, and reconciliation of material receipt discrepancies.
The candidate would be expected to interface with the Sourcing team to identify and assist in the resolution of material supplier issues.
Additional responsibilities include engineering change review and material cut-in/disposition.
The material change management responsibilities require engineering change coordination and interface with various manufacturing departments and Lockheed Martin sites to determine material effectivity.
The candidate will work in SAP BI environment and develop user reports with Microsoft Excel Dashboards.
The candidate must have the ability to summarize and present to senior leadership and work across RMS on cross-functional improvement efforts.The ideal candidate would be proficient in SAP/COS, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint and would be familiar with the Critical Purchase Order Tracking (CPOT) tool, Procure 2 Pay (P2P) Corporate Purchasing System, Enterprise Product Data Management System (EPDM), and Statement of Problem (SOP) tool.Basic Qualifications:Demonstrated strength in data analysis Demonstrated strength in Microsoft tool set, particularly MS Excel Experience in Supply Chain Management Excellent communication skills Strong team playerDemonstrated project leadership skillsDesired Skills:Proficient BI report creation and data analysisSAP/COS experienceAbility to develop tools and processes to enhance data analysisExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficient public speaking skillsExperience in Tableau Reporting and dashboard creationDegree in Supply Chain ManagementBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
