Do you bring 5+ years of PLUMBING or construction project management experience?
A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced PLUMBING/HVAC FOREMAN to manage and deliver exceptional results.
Our project types include higher education, government, healthcare, Industrial, and commercial building projects.
SKILLS
Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions Project Work Forecasting Serve as the principal liaison with selected clients or major projects Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required Affect and implement programs to improve the quality of our service, products and systems to meet client’s requirements and expectations and to minimize costs and maximize the company’s competitive position
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of PLUMBING experience in construction Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff Communication and coaching skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Project budgeting skills Able to promptly resolve team management problems Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner
DESIRED
PLUMBING Experience HVAC experience Manage teams of 5+ people Consistency with the same company
