Janitorial Worker

This is a Contract position in Maiden, NC posted February 22, 2022.
We are looking for janitorial service to take care of our commercial buildings and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. We are looking for candidates for day shift (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) as well as night shift (3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.).
Responsibilities
- Cleaning designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
- Outside trash pickup around facilities and outdoor restroom areas
- Cleaning of maintenance rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to lift small and medium objects throughout the day
- Comfortable with a lot of walking, stooping, bending
- Flexibility with working in different buildings on site
