General production workers are needed at our MN/WI turkey processing facilities.

(Willmar, MN; Faribault, MN; Melrose, MN; Montevideo, MN; Pelican Rapids, MN; Barron, WI) Production Workers Job Responsibilities Work on production lines processing turkey products (packing out cooked product, unpacking products, cutting product, boxing and palletizing product) Help maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices Perform other position-specific duties as assigned by supervisor Production Worker Minimum Qualifications: 1.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds 2.

Perform repetitive motion with a knife or tool 3.

Able to twist, turn or bend throughout an 8 10 hour shift 4.

Able to work in temperatures ranging from 40 98 degrees 5.

Works well in group setting 6.

Wear hair net, hard hat, earmuffs, safety glasses, boots, and/or other personal protective equipment as required by position 7.

Able to stand on concrete floors for long duration of time 8.

Be able to work with large groups of people as a team 9.

Daily care of the birds.

Washing and stocking feeders and drinkers.

Following animal care and bio-security guidelines.

General washing and cleaning of the barns.

Farm Worker Minimum Qualifications * Must meet all Jennie-O Turkey Store bio-security requirements.

* Must not own, care for or handle pet birds, wild or domestic poultry or hogs.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Must be able to work in various environmental conditions (heat, dust etc).
