Job Details for Manufacturing Specialist: Schedule: Monday-Friday, mandatory overtime during the week and on Saturday 4:00 AM-2:30 PM 2:00 PM-12:30 AM 8:00 PM-6:30 AM Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour base on shift Contract to hire, long term fit-full time plus OT Job Responsibilities & Description for Manufacturing Specialist: As a Manufacturing Specialist, your main responsibilities will consist of supporting the Production Manager and Supervisor with the following: Work closely with Production Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Production Line Leads in discussing operational and mechanical issues and facilitating agreement to resolve repetitive issues Communicate with logistics and other supervisors to ensure adequate supply of raw materials to maintain production continuity across all shift Ensure that quality issues are addressed on a timely manner Ensure compliance of Production Operations Ensure on‐time completion of documents Ensure that production schedule is completed and all production work orders are processed on a timely basis and per plan Communicate with logistics personnel on any potential delays or deviations from schedule Job Requirements for Manufacturing Specialist: Excellent physical dexterity and coordination Strong reading and math skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Effective leadership skills and a willingness to act as a mentor to train line employees Willingness to learn and the ability to follow directions Willingness to take lead on non-conforming issues Possess high energy and engagement Ability to coach and develop in real-time and through guided courses Drive improvement opportunities Mechanical aptitude helpful WES19
