Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for Production Workers for a busy manufacturer located in Titusville PA

Position: Production Worker
Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm and or 2:00pm-10:30pm
Some Saturday work is required
Pay:1st $12.50 per hour; 2nd $13.35 per hour
Benefits: Medical,Vision,Dental, Life
Steel toe or composite boots or shoes are required

SUMMARY
Production workers work in the plant, handling wood. They will stack, sort, fill holes, build boxes, perform quality inspections to make sure product meets spec requirements, box material, and clean and organize the work area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Must be able to work safely, following all JSA, SOP, and other training instructions.
2. Must be able to accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner.
3. Must be able to lift up to 50lb boxes onto cart or table.
4. Must ensure product adheres to all specifications and notify team if any issues occur.
5. Must be willing to make judgment calls and stop production if an issue is discovered.
6. Must work safely and remain aware of machines operating in area.
7. Responsible for building boxes as necessary and ensuring the boxes are correct for product being ran.
8. Communicate with Line Techs on any finishing issues discovered during audit.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must possess basic math skill
2. Good organizational skills
3. Self starter

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Continuous standing on platform, twisting, bending.
• Repetitive sliding and pushing motions 100% of time with lifting.
• Must be able to walk up and down and grade and stack lumber
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
