Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): · The Base Area Attendant needs to exhibit strong internal and external guest service skills, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests. · Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays · Willingness to work 35 to 40 hours per week (full-time) or 12-15 hours per week (part-time) · Snow and ice removal, shoveling and snow/ plaza interface work. · Repair, clean, and maintain all trash/ recycling receptacles throughout the shift. · Work with other departments such as Environmental, Mountain Services, Security, Fleet Maintenance, and Grooming to build and maintain cohesive working relationships. · Assist with the parking operations. · Overall cleanliness and appearance of all base areas. · All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED- required · Valid Driver’s License- required ·Read, Write, and Speak English Fluently- required · Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical labor- required · Ability to work outside in extreme mountain conditions- required · Experience working at a ski resort – preferred · Experience working equipment like skid steer, fork lift etc. – preferred The budgeted range starts at $15.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
