We offer a starting pay rate of?$17.20 to $25.80 depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Performs maintenance service and repairs in several skills areas: plumbing, carpentry, machine servicing, electrical repairs, installations or vehicle servicing.

• Performs all work within established safety standards; is responsible for managing own work and work around others with utmost adherence to good safety practices avoiding injury, damage or cost to the company.

• May be required to provide estimates of time and material cost on various projects and activities.

• Requisitions supplies and equipment with appropriate approvals.

• Works with vendors to provide needed services, with appropriate approvals and within established time and budget parameters.

Position Qualifications
Essentials:

• H.S.

diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Three to five years of related experience in mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.

Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

• Preventive Maintenance experience

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Must have the ability and be willing to learn to operate material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner.

• Must have good attention to detail

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

•Ability to bend, climb, lift up to 25 lbs.
