SUMMARYOF RESPONSIBILITY
– Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position) The ES Tech I provides a clean and safe environment to enhance the hospital experience for our patients, guests and Baptist Health team-members.
The ES Tech I cleans and disinfects all areas of the hosptial, performs assigned waste removal, and any special projects to meet established cleanliness and infection control standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience (1) Prefer one year of job related work experience.
(2) Prefer High School diploma or GED (not required.) (3) Requires the ability to read, write, and understand and follow instructions; verbal skills to effectively interact with patients, guests, and BH staff.
(4) Requires the ability to operate ES equipment.
(5) Must meet standard on yearly performance improvement evaluation.
