Direct Care Worker

US Medical is seeking Direct Care Workers who are interested in working directly with adults who have special needs.  The positions are located directly in Group Homes that are located in the Wilmington, New Castle, Bear, Dover & Milford DE areas.

Job Requirements:
Caring for residents Performing indirect care for residents Provide monitoring and oversight of residential housing facility and residents Supervise the provision of residential habilitation services In residential programs Provide residents with routine daily care and services that meet the companies guidelines Performing indirect care for residents Instruct and assist residents in housekeeping duties Ensure residents basic and emotional needs are met Ensure all residents are held accountable for behavior Serve as mediator and facilitator between residents and/or staff Ensure the physical safety of the residents Direct residents in maintaining rules and basic program guidelines Assist, and monitor residents in accordance with rehabilitation plans
